A serial tech entrepreneur, the head of social enterprise, a chief people officer and an expert on company culture will join forces to help Nottingham businesses learn how to attract and retain the best talent as they seek to grow.

Adam Bird, Tessa Cooper, Sarah Marriott and Kate Wood will come together under the banner of Accelerating Growth, a series of seminars organised by Invest in Nottingham to give firms the tools they need to scale up.

After the success of our first Accelerating Growth event, held on 20^th January, one thing is very clear – shared experiences are a very powerful way of understanding how to map out the growth journey for a business.

Invest in Nottingham will help the city’s businesses get back on track for expansion in 2021 with a series of seminars which help them identify the people, environment and funding they need to exploit new opportunities.

Businesses are invited to trial a range of electric vans following the launch of a new initiative. Around 50 vans will be available for any size of business, public or voluntary organisation operating in the city to try for up to three months as part of the Electric Van Experience (EVE).
