Arc have sought high level pre-application advice from Rushcliffe Borough Council in relation to the development proposals for the parcel of land within County Council ownership, which in summary are as follows:

Site Size: 102.65 acres
- Development of up to 550 dwellings (Use Class C3)
- Provision of up to 1 ha of Retail Land (Use Class E)
- Provision of up to 12 ha of Employment land (Use Classes E & B8)
- Land for the provision of a new secondary school
- Land for the provision a of gypsy and traveller site
- Various highway infrastructure measures and improvements
- Open space and landscaping provision
- Drainage facilities
- It is anticipated that an outline application will be submitted in May 2026.
