More than 350 HomeServe staff move into new Nottingham offices

Leading UK home assistance provider, HomeServe, has moved more than 350 staff into a new 29,000 sq ft facility in Aspect Business Park, Nottingham.

HomeServe’s new base in Aspect House will accommodate all of the company’s 350 Nottingham-based staff, including People who moved across to the company from Home Energy Services, which was bought by HomeServe in 2015.

The new facility will also house a new state-of-the-art training centre for HomeServe’s national network of class-leading gas engineers who keep life moving for the company’s 2.2million UK Customers.

The move has been supported by Nottingham City Council, and HomeServe has been working with its transport team to ensure staff have a range of travel options to get to work, as well as providing support with recruitment.

HomeServe’s Nottingham-based People moved into Aspect House this week and gas engineer training is expected to begin at the facility in the new year. The building will be officially opened at a special event in November.

Nottingham-based commerical property agents Innes England brokered the deal alongside joint agents GVA on behalf of Rushcliffe Developments.
