Dropworks Rum Distillery
DropWorks Rum is distilled in small batches at our state-of-the-art distillery in Nottinghamshire. Founded by mixologist and bar owner Lewis Hayes, every Drop is produced across three different types of still and expertly blended for big flavour. We keep things natural: no artificial flavourings, no added glycerol, just pure, unadulterated spirit. Visitors can experience it all firsthand through our five-star distillery tour, recently named Nottinghamshire’s Experience of the Year 2025.
