Our region is undergoing a significant period of change, with transformational developments across both Nottingham and Nottinghamshire coming forward over the next few years. The establishment of the East Midlands Combined County Authority (EMCCA) has generated a huge amount of interest in the region and this is demonstrated by the volume of exciting projects that are underway or primed to start.
There’s currently £4bn of development value within half a square mile in the city centre alone, with a number of projects progressing at pace and more to come. A key part of this is the combined opportunity generated through the Broad Marsh and Island Quarter developments, which between them offer a unique and hugely transformational opportunity across 60 acres of prime city centre land.
We also have a lot of exciting opportunity situated in the wider County of Nottinghamshire as well, including the East Midlands Freeport, town centre opportunities such as Ambition Arnold, and the East Midlands SuperCluster (which includes the designated site for a new STEP Fusion plant).
Find out about these opportunities and more below.
