Nottinghamshire County Council is unveiling its ambitious 2026–29 Land Development Programme, designed to unlock transformational regeneration opportunities across the county.
We will showcase a portfolio of 25 strategic sites aligned with the growth zones identified by East Midlands Combined County Authority, including the Trent Energy Supercluster and the Trent Arc initiatives. With Nottinghamshire’s unique blend of strategic location, energy innovation and development potential, the council is actively seeking partners ready to help bring these opportunities to life.
