Perfect Pitching wins agent of the year

15 October 2009 It was an evening to remember for Innes England who collected Agent of the Year at the Insider Property Awards East Midlands 2009, fending off competition from national agents and agents throughout the East Midlands.

The Insider, a leading independent publisher of business information, commented that Innes England 'stood out with their high level of instruction by pitching its work perfectly'.

Tim Garratt (photo: left) and Matthew Hannah (photo: right), both Directors at Innes England, collected the award at a ceremony held at the East Midlands Conference Centre on 1 October 2009. The award was sponsored by Invest in Nottingham and presented by Lorraine Baggs, Inward Investment Manager (pictured).

Tim said: 'We are once again delighted to have been given this prestigious award - judged by clients and peers.
'It is great testimony to our team of dedicated and talented surveying and support staff - who make us what we are.'

Matthew added: 'In a tough market our in-depth knowledge of the East Midlands property market allows us to identify the opportunities that will run and the award is a great reward to the huge effort the team have, and continue to, put in. '
