Long Eaton warehouse brought to market

8 June 2012

A warehouse with showroom and office accommodation totalling almost 20,000 sq ft on a site between Nottingham and Derby has been put on the market.

Gordon House in Long Eaton has been brought to the market by property consultancy Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH).

The three-bay, portal frame warehouse has a rear yard with parking and loading via roller shutter doors, and includes kitchen and staff welfare facilities.

Attached to the warehouse is a two-storey office block and a showroom area. There is also forecourt parking.

Gordon House is owned by the existing occupier, which is moving to larger premises to accommodate expansion.

"These premises are in an excellent location on the south side of Long Eaton, with easy access to Nottingham, Derby and the M1," said Sean Bremner, director in LSH's Nottingham industrial and logistics department.

"Ideally we would like to let the property as a whole, but smaller units can be created by its nature."
