Zullo and Holland expand in city centre
6 June 2012A Nottingham city centre hairdressing salon is to expand following a deal by property consultancy Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH), acting on behalf of Urbanfirst Nottingham.
LSH has let the corner premises at 1-3 Kings Walk in the city to Zullo and Holland hairdressing salon, which already occupies the adjoining premises on Upper Parliament Street.
Zullo and Holland, established in 1989, has taken a new, ten-year lease on both properties and plans to expand the salon to provide new training facilities. The deal more than doubles its floor area to 3,379 sq ft.
Surveyor at LSH Nottingham William Bradley said: "We are delighted to have let this property to an established city centre occupier, and even more pleased that LSH was able to play a part in the salon's expansion plans."
