Active Innes England notch up a hat-trick
9 March 2010Nottingham property consultancy Innes England has picked up Most Active Agent in the Estates Gazette Interactive Deals competition (EGi ) for the third year running.
The firm walked away with the overall title as well as the number one position in both the Office and Industrial/Distribution categories.
The competition is an independent survey conducted by the EGi research team covering commercial property transactions.
It is designed to establish the agents completing the largest number of deals during 2009.
Craig Straw, head of office and business space at the company's Nottingham office, said: "We are delighted to have been named the Estates Gazette most active agent across the whole region. To achieve this three years running is testament to another year of hard work by the team and reflects our unique position, with offices in Derby, Leicester and Nottingham, to be able [to] offer such extensive coverage.
"We firmly believe local market knowledge and tenacity will ensure we retain our market-leading performance."
